Job Description

Join a top-tier labor & employment litigation practice supporting complex, high-stakes matters in state and federal courts. This role is ideal for a paralegal with 3-5 years of L&E litigation experience who is comfortable handling discovery-intensive cases and supporting demanding litigation teams, with some exposure to hearings, arbitrations, or trial.

You'll work closely with attorneys and case teams on sophisticated matters, providing hands-on litigation support while developing deeper expertise in labor & employment law within a well-resourced, high-caliber environment.

  • Compensation: $103,000-115,000/annually

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support labor & employment litigation matters from discovery through arbitration, hearing, and trial phases
  • Assist with case organization, discovery workflows, and document reviews
  • Analyze wage-and-hour records and support damages analyses
  • Prepare shell documents, subpoenas, deposition materials, and declarations
  • Manage transcripts, exhibits, filings, and case databases
  • Conduct cite-checking and proofreading of briefs and court filings
  • Maintain secondary calendars and assist with deadline tracking
  • Support attorneys with legal research and fact development

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification
  • 3-5 years of labor & employment experience as a paralegal in California
  • Experience supporting discovery-intensive, large-scale litigation matters
  • Familiarity with state and federal court rules and filings
  • Strong skills in MS Office, Adobe, and legal research platforms (Westlaw/Lexis)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
